20phsky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 20phsky, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
